We want you to recover with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your ELPEA pillow, we’re here to help.
RETURNS
– You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return
– Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
– Items must be returned in original packaging

REFUNDS
– Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email
– Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
– Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe
– Original shipping costs are non-refundable
EXCHANGES
If you received the wrong size or a defective product, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
– Items that have been used or washed
– Items returned after 30 days
– Final sale items (if applicable)
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your ELPEA pillow arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@elpea.health with a photo of the damage. We will replace it or issue a full refund.
